I started Sightline in 2012 after watching too many homeowners in Miami-Dade County get a verbal estimate that ballooned once the crew was halfway through the job. That doesn’t happen here. Haven Clause 1 means your measurement and your written price are the same document, and I sign every one of them. I still ride along on complex openings, especially in the older Spanish Revival homes around Opa-locka where the original steel frames don’t square up to anything modern. Keisha started with us in 2023 through a trade program partnership and has already logged more field hours than most second-year apprentices because she asked to stay on the crew through last hurricane season. She works primarily with Marcus and Elena, learning impact installation on single-hung and horizontal-roller units before we move her into the custom work. Keisha’s specialty is emerging fast: she’s the one who handles our ECO Window Systems and ViewLux energy-efficient lines, because she actually reads the NFRC labels and understands why a U-factor of 0.30 matters more in Opa-locka’s cooling-load climate than it might in Jacksonville.
